I found this out recently. When I feel anxiety seeping through me, when lets say I was able to calm it down alone, afterwards, I tend to be annoyed and lash it out on the people around me. Think it's the left over anger issues I had when I was a kid, who knowsƪ(˘⌣˘)ʃ   reply
