ok not a expert but i saw something online that people don't really develop their brain fully until 20 or 25 soo...... I'd say not for now like i feel like she'll regret something when she does date this dude like wait it out until she's a adult there's kinda reason why 17 isn't consider in some country's as a adult so... just advice your friend
