yes, i realised something "was not right" when i was like 5 but I had no word to describe how I felt as a black southern 2000s kid in a rural area raised by boomer grandparents who were in their late 40s and early 50s when I started realizing things about myself n people around me. I was pretty much on my own to figure things out and felt disgusted......
