Migraines really are the worst. But for me, i found out that i usually get migraines whenever i change my sleep schedule, i'm in front of brights screens all the time or i'm really stressed. I don't know what triggered your migraines but maybe you could try to set a bedtime and a wake up time and follow it everyday or avoid using your mobile phone......   reply
