You’re not the first person to do this and you won’t be the last so don’t feel too bad about it. You can buy styptic powder to stop the bleeding if it happens again in the future. This is the powder they use in vet offices when vets/vet techs accidentally cut the nail too short too! If not, some corn starch can also work   reply

i did this with one of my bunnies once and could not stop crying but he was totally chill lmao i’m sorry you’re going thru that but they will be okay just make sure that nail stays clean while it heals!   reply

Yeah I have done it before, that yelp and the blood are awful. My dog had black claws and she moved when I went in for the snip and yeah.. traumatised us both. Your pupper will forgive you, it was an accident. Just lots of hugs and a treat for both of you help ease the pain (●'◡'●)ノ   reply
