I used to think it was silly to write down your own personal thoughts and being the lazy person that I am sometimes I never bothered. But, recently I tried it out and it seems to help ever so slightly when I’m on the verge ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
I have a scribble journal idk if that counts. When I get mad I literally just scribble on it lol. it literally just has a bunch of wiggly lines every page. reply
