I live in Moldova. Schools and universities and gyms and cafes and restaurants and other service places are shut now. But we are not on lockdown and in the streets people are normal. The supermarkets are normal too, no people panic shopping here lol. There are very few cases here and no deaths yet. The borders are shut at the moment though.
