Slurping this up on the hottest days (Caldo de pollo)
I also love plain chicken and (Mexican) rice, usually you add mole to the chicken but because I was a picky child I just got it plain
(Couldn’t find pictures with the plain boiled chicken and rice so just imagine this with a boiled chicken leg)
