i can sleep w/ anything bro!! My sister used to study late and would leave the bright lights on yet i would still sleep like a baby I prefer sleeping w/ sound nd it can rlly differ since i mostly sleep to rock music but it can also b orchestral tbh jus anything i like. I can also sleep with none, just plain shut eyes and thoughts
