To lose weight or just maintain at where it is
I’m not very keen on dieting it’s very hard for me so I’ve never liked it. Mmm but I do try to keep my meals relatively healthy. I do have every now and then cravings for sweets, but over the years I’ve stopped eating them all together so when I actually ended up craving them, I recommend to only eat a small amount.
I will say have a good amount of vegetables their many ways to prepare them so I do say watch a lot of cooking videos. Mmm I will say it hard to not be tempted to not eat a lot, but just eat how much you know you can eat. Most of the time our bodies will confused hunger with thirst, so I do recommend drinking lots of water, plus it’s good. If you still feel hungry even when it’s not time to eat, then have a fruit, they also help when you’re craving something sweet.
Other things is try to not eat a lot of greasy food, it’s not healthy so if you do have to fry something small then use a small amount of like frying chicken or Frieda well that can’t be help. Mmm if you tend to eat bread I recommend wheat, it’s better since it takes longer for your stomach to break it down compared to white bread, limit to breakfast and every now and then for lunch.
This is only me but I normally then to only have two meals a day, I’m used to this since I always eat like that since young, but if you can’t have a small meal for lunch instead. Don’t buy fast food or pre-made meals, it’s not a healthy thing plus you can easily look up the recipes online, if you don’t know much of culinary I recommend the website the spruce eats. It’s detailed and easily to understand like if you don’t know what a roux, bechamel sauce, or different method for baking as well. I also recommend Joshua Weissman, he’s a YouTuber he makes easy simple recipes that anyone can make and his videos are hilarious.
Other with meals I say limit the intake of both salt and sugar, and with recipes never follow the amount of salt, to taste is best, only when it comes to baking, unless your using salted butter then don’t use any salt. Like when making egg for breakfast their perfectly fine without any salt, but if your not used to it, just add a bit, be sure to add seasoning just when their almost finished cooking don’t add them before cooking.
But I will say I’ve been using a dietary pill, called raíz de tejocote. It’s a small item so you can have them thirty minutes after having them for breakfast and it will help you limit how much you eat. Since it will make you fill up faster, it does. Take some time when first trying it around two three weals in my experience, but I will say it does cleanse your body in a way, making me rush to the bathroom. I’ve noticed it has made super sensitive to incredibly greasy food. It might be different for others, for my sister it made her extremely hungry. So if you do have that I recommend to just eat or drink lots of water since it’s trying to clean your body, I have lost around ten twenty pounds in a few months so it’s definitely worth it plus it gives you enough for three months one bottle. It’s easily found in amazon.

Hey! Lots of great starts in your post! There was something at the end of your post that's getting me a bit concerned for your health though. The supplement you mentioned is made from tejocote which raised some red flags for me because the tree in question is a hawthorn which are known (to at least some degree) cause a lot of problems including cardiotoxicity or, to put it simply, poisoning your heart and making it weaker. Don't panic though! You probably aren't in any danger unless you take too many or have heart problems already. However, to be safe you should ask a medical professional if you are at risk for any cardiovascular problems or if they think that this supplement may be detrimental to your health. Once again, you're probably fine but it doesn't do any harm to talk to a medical professional in case you might be at risk.
Why yes, it's best to consult the doctor before taking this they pieces are relatively small. I looked up its been FDA approved along with it being all ntural. In the information, its been said they greatly recommend eating some food with high potassium in your diet, nor is it recommended for those with any health problems.
Still, there are many different ways to lose weight with the supplement, but if those who wish to go into the diet I don't recommend cutting out carbs, sugars, proteins, and such. Your body needs it greatly, but for those that tend to not feel full with just a single serving by chewing your food twenty times, it helps to feel a bit more fuller and find the motivation to work out! Like give small rewards like work out for a whole week and on the weekend gets a nice small treat like a drink from your favorite store.

I do say ill be quoting from one of the documentaries of food I've watched. ”You can have anything you want cookies, ice cream, cake as long you make it from scratch.”
I highly respect them for saying that while yes many people things oh its to hards. Personally, I think not. Time-consuming? Yes. But definitely, worth it,from my personal opinion.
