if i remember correctly it was only if they made a great achievement aka a world wide reward so it's considered a big rep for the country etc, for faker and the others it was the lol tournament, i personally think bts was hella close to getting exempt (i mean they should due to their performances and all) but their officials held onto it hard so ye...... reply
