What's your coping mechanism?

I tend to isolate myself and just ignore everyone, tbh I feel horrible whenever I do it but it also puts me at peace and helps my head relax a bit.

I make up fantasy worlds and characters and think about them for hours in my bed or while walking till I realize I, regrettably, have a life. reply
