What's your coping mechanism?

I tend to isolate myself and just ignore everyone, tbh I feel horrible whenever I do it but it also puts me at peace and helps my head relax a bit.

Sleeping and ghosting everyone, only my close friends know why i ghost them but they spam me stuff and eventually when i feel better i respond to each message they sent :3 reply
