What's the most insane thing your parents has ever done to you?

My mom threatens me a lot. Idk if she would actually go through w it. My dad slammed my mom against the door and broke the wall. There's prob other stuff but I normally block it out after a few hours and forget it. I can hardly remember most of my childhood and I'm a teenager still.
