What are some hurtful words you've said out of anger?
A few years ago my dad and uncle got into a car accident, my dad survived and sadly my uncle passed. A few months back we had a fight and I had said to him that I wished it had been him who died in the accident and not my uncle. The look of sadness on his face when I told him that still lingers in my mind, every time I think about it makes my chest tighten up a bit.
Whenever I had fight with papa I was often gose like "it's better I didn't born kill me" and swear to myself instead so most of time I didn't feel much guilty but ig it's still good to apologies after fight reply
