So I finished reading A little life (I am in SHAMBLES rn) and I'm back to my reading books era, so recommend me the BEST books (if it could be sad or dark or traumatic or just like a little life it would be great) you've ever read. Also I LOVE plot twists btw so recommend me stuff that will blow my mind (I'm not really into detective stories tho)

No books will wreck you as much as The Poppy war Trilogy +the drowning faith novel by R.F. Kuang. Before you ask, its not a romance in the slightest, it has like a tiny dust of romance plus no smut. Its very war heavy, betrayals, morally grey characters, etc but its sooooo goooodddd. Check the tw's before u read it tho! reply

S. A. Chakraborty - City of Brass!! The worldbuilding is fantastic with lots of interesting characters. It has a kind of complicated plot so you have to focus on what information is given to understand the story along the way, but overall it's really good, I loved it so much reply
