Drink lukewarm water when I wake up, drink water with psyllium (very effective and non nocie plant for any digestive issue!), stomach vaccum exercice, eat enough fiber (prunes, rhubarbs are the most common fruits for constipation) green veggies in particular! Also magnesium is a good mineral, so either take supplements (obviously be careful with do......   reply
