If you want a true revenge story, I’d recommend Fukushuu wo Koinegau Saikyou Yuusha wa, Yami no Chikara de Senmetsu Musou Suru. The things the hero’s companions went thru is just gut wrenching… but the hero’s revenge along the way is so brutal and also among the most disturbing things I’ve seen but also oddly satisfying… honestly disapp...... reply

As someone who reads a lot of "dark and disturbing" manga, I can say that there's only one that ever actually made me uncomfortable
