I'm going to get some other advice about becoming an adult.
Make sure you check discount areas first in stores to see if the items/groceries are there. Go to Discount stores, thrift stores, and yard sales. If a store has a coupon app like Dollar General use it money doesn't grow on trees. Check out deals online first.
