personally, i don't really care about the ratings. i don't even rate. i usually look at the cover, read the summary, look at the photos and if it piqued me interest, i'll add it to my reading list. i've read good manga/manhwa/hua with a rating as low as 9.1 below. when in doubt, read the tags for tw (though it's shit most of the time bcs of the dum......
