I tried these before and I did lose weight fast, but I ended up gaining it all back 
* egg diet 
* watermelon diet 
* jump rope everyday for 30 minutes 
* drinks that boost your metabolism: green tea, lemon water, apple cider vinegar, ginger ale etc etc 
* Drink a lot of water even if you have to force yourself you'll get used to it like 2L every d......
