I've read that some asexual people actually love romance but they just not interested in sex.. Which means if they ever have a romantic relationship, sex is not one of the necessity for them in order to be closer or to strengthen their relationship.. So yeah, the fact that they're still interested in romance relationship might explain that a bit.. ......
