as a person who has played volleyball for over 9+ years, I will recommend for complete beginners buying your own volleyball to practice at home with, and definitely watching tutorials. I'm not saying this is the own thing that will make you better, but it's a pretty good place to start honestly! also for beginners, practice on your form!
