I work out at home. There's a ton video about work out at home on youtube. Basically I use some items : dumbbell, resistance bands (all type), loop resistance bands (all type), mini stepper (my apartment really small). I also wear smart watch/bands all the time. The hardest parts are starting and consistency. Find a workout you like and set a measurable goal for yourself. Then plan out what your day would look like to achieve that goal and follow it.   reply

Well if what you’re looking for is weight loss I would recommend going on a calorie deficit and just doing cardio, other than that it’s not like you NEED equipment to work out at home (that shit is really expensive that’s why the gym is just better cost wise) but if you want to weight lifts gym is def the better option (although you could pro......   reply
