How can i get around Pet rent

Im moving into a Apartment next month and they require you to Pay 500 fee just to have the pet into the apartment and 50 dollar feee everyone month. Is there any way to to get around this or lower the cost

Register them as an esp. It's about a 100$ but they can't charge pet deposit or pet rent if they are registered as an emotional support pet. reply
