The guy's a fucking clown, if i tried to get him he would babble on about sm or something, he'd make cringe jokes and it would kill the mood probably.
I do not believe Kagerou Shoukiin has ever touched another human being, i don't think he ever managed to rizz anyone.
(and in the anime he says he's S and that makes him a top or something but nuhuh......
