As someone who has hormonal acne, what types of food should I eat and yet avoid to stop causing my face to have more acne?
I stull get acne around the side of my cheek even though I stopped sleeping sideways and just slept facing myself looking at the ceiling︶︿︶ and also at my chin is where it irritates me. I get pimples at random times which idk what caused it so i thought maybe because of the foods that I eat?? (I barely eat sometimes but thats also the time where I always get pimples but not that much!) and mostly my pimples are always the growing white ones??? Whether its big or small.
Another question whenever I go out I always get acne the next day?? My country is quite hot and I always sweat so maybe it got something to do with that?? Anyone know why?
PS Im really grateful for the people who helped me out and gave suggestion back then!! and yes I am that person =) (really sorry if I keep asking these, Im not knowledgable on these stuffs(╯3╰))
Don't skip meals! Eat fruits and vegetables with high water content. Wash your face before you go to sleep or when you get home, I would normally recommend washing your pillowcase once a week but since you say it's hot you should wash it every 3 days.

(this is my take,, i got clear skin and dont do skincare but i got lots of pimples before i just cleared it out after a diet!)
- drink lots of water (at least 2 liters a day)
- get enough sleep like 8hrs is enough
- eat 3x a day...... 2 reply
Get a food allergy test if you can. I've heard dairy makes people break out sometimes tho that has never happened with me. Find out your skin type. I'm assuming you have oily or a combination type. Get a skincare routine and stick to that. Use an oil free cleanser, clay masks and salicylic acid for pore care. Niacinamide is great for blemishes but ...... reply
do u wear sunscreen on ur face? do u have a skincare routine in the morning like putting serums n stuff n not just washing ur face?
personally I realised sweets make me break out more, but I’m not really a sweet toothed person so it was easy to stop eating chocolates often n it reduced my acne
It could also be stress. I usually get more acne w...... 1 reply
Take your vitamins, avoid sugar or at least have less, don't drink/use as much dairy, drink lots of water, and eat veggies/fruits like strawberries, peaches, cucumber, zucchini, etc. Your diet is an important factor in your skincare journey so it's great you're trying to find the cause of breakouts! Make sure to wash your pillow/pillowcase once a w...... reply
