actually it relies more on genes or your skin type but most dermatologists say that clear skin starts with gut health!! (this is my take,, i got clear skin and dont do skincare but i got lots of pimples before i just cleared it out after a diet!) - drink lots of water (at least 2 liters a day) - get enough sleep like 8hrs is enough - eat 3x a day......   2 reply
