"slow boring realistic" yaoi is PEAK

its been a common occurrence for me to come across yaoi/shounen ai rated 8.5 stars or lower and i ALWAYS expect it to be because the manga itself has an obvious problem like a shittily written character/story or like. there's unnecessary and romanticized rape, but when i read the actual manga it turns out to be so fucking good and well written and something id lose my mind over so its always so confusing to see people rating it so low like?4!2!4!33! and for such shallow reasons like "its not smutty enough" well damn take your prn addiction elsewhere!!

maybe its because there are certain people who use this site who i guess just dont have the ability to appreciate well written literature but i dont know. ITS SO INFURIATING TO SEE THE SAME TYPE OF HORRIBLY WRITTEN YAOI GET RATED ABOVE 8.5 STARS AND THEN YOU READ SOME HIDDEN GEM WITH BEAUTIFUL WRITING AND ART AND IT GETS RATED 8.4 JUST BC IT DOESNT HAVE ENOUGH SEX LIKE !!! sorry this isnt even a question but i needed to let dat out . u guys need to consume better yaoi damn

I never go for rating and reviews. It is subjective. I read the stuff and decide it myself whether I like it or not; worth reading or not. And what one likes could be disliked by others. It all depends on preferences, taste. People, especially young gen, should be tolerant of other views and tastes. For example: I disliked manhua “Here you are”...... reply
