It depends.
I was bullied in 5th grade. The employees at school knew. They talked about it. Parents who were active in school gossiped about it. My class adviser took part on it too.
I remember it. Vivid memories.
Im 28 now. This happened when I was only 10years old.
Telling people I injured myself for the attention of the guy.
