Death

Im actually so afraid of death I always remind myself that Its going to happen so much time later but I think I will still be terrifed of the idea even in my 80s(if I dont die till that age)
Im not a religious person so I dont believe in after life but Im so scared of the idea that going to blank and not have a existence but It feels wrong to believe in religion just because Im scared of after death?
Im curious of your opinions about the topic

i understand this so much i had the same fear and still have but mostly of other people around me(my family) i literally cried to my mom i dont want you to die etc ( i was 7) and she told me, that "i dont have to worry and i should live my life now and i shouldnt think about negative thinks". unfortunately death is inevitable and its gonna happen, ...... 1 reply
