Death

Im actually so afraid of death I always remind myself that Its going to happen so much time later but I think I will still be terrifed of the idea even in my 80s(if I dont die till that age)
Im not a religious person so I dont believe in after life but Im so scared of the idea that going to blank and not have a existence but It feels wrong to believe in religion just because Im scared of after death?
Im curious of your opinions about the topic

well who isn't really? it's literally our self preservation/ survival instinct, no matter how much a person claims to not be afraid of death, i'm sure that deep down- they very much share the same feelings as everyone else. imo, life itself is a comfort zone i.e we all fear death because it's an unknown and uncharted area only the departed ones kn...... reply
