Last year: Cutting out toxic people (They are the reason that weights you down), eating nutritions (based on hand measurement) and eliminating high sodium and junk/unhealthy food, stretching and do cores + cardio + strength workout, stayed motivated and 8-9 hours of sleep. I don’t do workouts on Saturdays and Sundays.
When I first tried a workout it hurts because I didn’t do a warm up or stretch lol! However, doing workout or exercising for me is a refreshing thing for me and helped me with my negative thoughts.
This year: I did self care and it was another easy way. So far I did for my self care was going easy and gentle on me, caring, self love, meditating, walk in nature, self reward and cheer up, doing creative things, stay hydrated, eat healthy. I noticed my life got easier and healthy by staying positive and not impress society but be my own standard by not being too critical. Oh ya and this year I have no one toxic in my life yet lol.
I find this weight losing a little fast and easier because this was easier. However I do think this is different for everybody. The self care for me is right for me because I was stuck in my traumatic past.
I might mashed up those 2 routines next year. This year, I want to be satisfied with my self care routine and enjoy! Good luck to the people out there! Please take your time! I promise it will work and you will make it! <3
