try uninstalling and reinstalling?
if it was on mobile, i'd tell you to try clearing your cache or rebooting your device as other options but i assume you use pc.
or state your problems to the cs with your device model's name (so that they can check the specs and figure out if the problem is with just you everyone with same/similar specs or server......
