Opinion on adopted siblings

I wanna know what your opinion is on the whole “falling in love with my adopted sibling” trope. I personally dislike it and dont get the appeal.

If they grew up together since they were like 2 hella weird If one of them got adopted at like 15 still I don't like this trope but at least I don't get "incest" vibe reply
