Opinion on adopted siblings

I wanna know what your opinion is on the whole “falling in love with my adopted sibling” trope. I personally dislike it and dont get the appeal.

Out of everything, why adopted siblings? ENOUGH WITH THE TARGARYEN INCEST LIKE TROPE but if there is a trope like this, it shouln't be romanticized reply
