Why I believe black ppl with natural bbls should be imprisoned for public indecency?

So yk how getting a hard on in public can lead to traumatizing events if caught by both party's and can lead to only one party being in cuffs? But what if the other party is a black guy with a natural bbl? "How do we evaluate the crime?" We can start by placing a cup on the black guys ass and if it sits for more than 20secs then he has also commented the crime of public indecency and if the other party is married then home wrecking should also be a crime meaning that the person that would usually be in cuffs for a hard on can file a lawsuit and a restraining order- "but isn't that racist?" No I believe this is not racist and is fair Justice end of story
