Wasting time on smut

Y'all ever regret spending time on looking for sexual relief?
This sounds so weird phrased that way lol. But I just hate when I get this very specific idea to get off to and then I spend hours on trying to get that. E.g. a specific trope to read about, a game to play or just spending a long time to get to that point. Afterwards i always regret wasting my time with that.
I originally wanted to read my book because I'll be busy af this weekend and actually wanted to finish it soon.... I wasted three hours of my life just because I got sudden urges and I had been looking forward to this evening all week because I thought I would finally get to read.

Anyone else feel like this sometimes?
