I haven't touched myself in a week and here's a guide about how I did it

So as someone who is hypersexual (this is true) I always had the guilty pleasure afterwards, I often said "this will be the last time" or "3 times a week" to myself yet I did it everyday after making empty promises... But what if ( I ) didn't touch myself? Wouldn't that solve the problem?
