when you first experienced sleep paralysis, what's your reaction ?
some says it's an entity sitting on top of u but it really isn't, it's just, we can't move or talk at the time, I tried to scream but no voice could be heard, so I will just try to wiggle my toe to break away from it. When I first had it, it does feel kind of scary and shocking, I got multiple episodes of sleep paralysis in one single day, like everytime I closed my eyes, it just happened, and I immediately went to sleep on my brother's room that day
Well, I was 18 and I probably experienced it the first week of college. Woke up in the middle of the night a bit sweaty. I couldn't move and it was hard to breathe too. But I was so sleepy still, I tried my best to take a deep breath and went back to sleep. The next day, I'm all good. reply

Everytime it happened, i felt someone/something sitting on top of me and me not being able to scream or anything. Sometimes i felt its breath, sometimes i grabbed two hands tryin...... 3 reply
