I think the majority of people wouldn't turn to piracy if they could somehow obtain stuff legally, which comes down not only to pricing, but to other factors such as availability and convenience (also ethics in particular cases such as access to information published in scientific journals but I won't discuss that here unless someone wants me to lo......
