Character design choices you love???

I have two very wide spectrums of characters I like. 1. Sharp (?) looking ones? Like, I like characters that look kind of idk cruel. Yeah. Cruel. Usually I would say sneaky or something, but then I realised, nonono, it's cruel. I like characters that look cruel. You know the type that look down at you and smile while you are drowning?
