About sex between an mc and anyone else
I mostly see this in KR bl actually, but I wonder if it's just me who dislikes(find it uncomfortable) seeing a main character, regardless if theyre top or bottom, having sex with anyone else and if it's non-con or concensual, especially so if the person they're sleeping with has a name and a face like an extra character or a villain is some cases (I especially hate those ones). In some cases it's not as bad, but in some popular ones (like example: pearl boy or minmotion syndrome)
The sex scenes between the mcs and the baddies are so explicit and I know it's supposed to be uncomfortable but I still think the super detailed sex scenes are overkill
Some aren't as extreme as the ones above tho but smth Abt just makes me tweak so much so I dropped pearl boy and painter of the night(this one I didn't stick around to find out if it actually happened) permanently
I also don't think it's a super bad thing maybe it just isn't for me
its been in my mind for so long
I'm just curious what other people's thoughts are on this
If its consented, then its lowkey just the way you think (not saying its wrong but depending on what it stems from it could be). In this case i just see them as a choice a separate person made and im here for the ride. I find it interesting when a character does something i could never and i love to see how their actions change their lives. Tho its......
