The only word I can think of for the first part is the Heimlich maneuver, but that’s when you squeeze a person’s ribs really fast so they cough up what theyre choking on. It’s not CPR
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation is what CPR stands for, but I don’t know of another word for the action
