it's a folk tale but it never fails to scare the shit out of me. It's called ''Laikhutsangbi'' Lai means god and khutsangbi means a woman with long hands . if you want to you can watch an animation abt it on youtube just search the name. but i wonder if they have english subtitles. :( . if you want to know more just ask me :3
