i know this can be a sensitive topic, so if you don't want to write about it, please don't.
but if you want to share some experiences you made with your mental illness, please tell me something.
maybe something you cant talk about in real life, or just how the illness interferes with your normal life.

i am just currious and want to try to understand what other people think, and how they cope with their mental illness.
Heyo. Same type of situation. Diagnosed at 14 Anxiety (OCD) / Depression. The anxiety sort of caused the depression. Or maybe the depression exacerbated the anxiety (chicken and egg scenario). Heaviest dose of SSRI Lex 20 mg. I don't worry so much about medication tolerance, because I legit wouldn't have made it to 27 if I ever stopped taking it. T......
