How do you lift yourself up when you're down?

I'm starting new medication and while it's kicking in I've lost all interest in everything. Even my guilty pleasures like reading manga are chores now. I'll be okay but I'm willing to try out new things to get me up and working sooner if you recommend them. Thanksums ╰(*´︶`*)╯♡
