wellp, asians age differently—we might actually look younger as we get older. In my case, i had a lot of acne during my teenage years, especially from 13 to 18. but ever since i reached my twenties, i rarely get acne. my skin also got lighter, even though i wasn’t using any whitening products or supplements. i don’t know—maybe it runs in th......   1 reply

It depends on yourself honestly, whether you'd make a change for yourself or not. When I was in my teens, I was so ignorant of my own appearance and didn't care about my eating habits. I start caring a lot at the age of 17 and so I begin to improve from there. Maintaining your weight when you're older is truly hard tho. It may go up drastically if......   reply

I feel like I’ve finally grown into my face (I have a fairly defined bone structure that always made me look a bit old for my age and now I actually look my age). Haven’t noticed any wrinkles or changes in acne or skin yet. I have noticed that I lose muscle mass quicker and my joints hurt more, but that could also be due to a change in my worko......   reply

The glow up in twenties is real. Tho, there are circumstances that you can't avoid when aging like hormonal acne, unless you have a great skin care routine. When it comes to body, there would be sudden changes in shape especially on your waist. I honestly like how I look now because I finally know how to take care of my appearance and to dress up p......   reply

Tbh. I always looked older than I was since a tween. So my teens and 20s was awkwardly learning late about beauty and skincare and not taking advantage of my peak physical condition that will never ever return. Now in my late 30s my body hates me. Grey hairs at maybe 33, I expect to be mostly grey by 40. I don’t mind if wrinkles come i feel like ......   1 reply

It depends on genetics I'm surprised people saying their skin started to get loose and they started to gain weight in their mid-twenties, the twenties is not old, for me, I didn't notice anything besides some fine wrinkles on my forehead, you can't see them till you get so close and I'm like what? close to thirty? and my lifestyle sucks mostly bed ......   1 reply

I'll be honest honey: Chances are higher that your changes will be unpleasant rather than good. You need GOOD genetics for glowups and whatnot, people rarely have those. Good luck, my child. May you not fall into our self-depricating-to-delude-thyself corner of society. Best wishes. - that ugly bitch who once had hopes   reply

Tbh I do think you glow up around 20+ (I'm turning 21 this year). I definitely have changed compared to how I looked when I was younger, more defined face shape and stuff so yes a glow up. I think it happens when U become an adult cause I've seen it in ally childhood friends as well. Glow up was certainly there but the dam periods also got worse, ......   reply

dear op, in your twenties you just got out of puberty. your hormonal levels are stabilizing, so stuff like acne will most likely go down (depends of course on 1- when your puberty started, 2- if you wash your face lol, 3- genetics ngl) i can't talk for myself because i still look the same as when i was 12 (rip, got on the bad sides of genetics myse......   reply
