Being an Omega

Guys is it just me or my suppressants are just not working properly. My doctor just advised me to find which works best, but none that's available in the market helps my heat cycle. Like how the fuck do I even.

Actually, I think my cycles are getting worst and longer. Everytime my best friend comes over my cycles come early, I don't know why but I don't have anything to deal with it so I have to hide away from him for a week. I don't know what else to do and it's so shit too be since I've been canceling our plans for months now. What do I do?
