as an afghan, we have something called mantu which is basically dumplings - its usually filled with meat and LAWDDD is that a sweet treat for me. its dough, then meat inside and then like greek yogurt and chickpea sauce i think it is, on top with dry mint crushed sprinkled LAWAWAWDDD
